The Terminal
The iconic 5-block-long Produce Terminal Building anchors Pittsburgh’s bustling Strip District neighborhood and was formerly the central hub for the regional wholesale produce industry. After sitting partially vacant for decades, McCaffery has brought the building back to life to make it a people-centric destination once again.
Today, the expansive 163,500-square-feet of The Terminal is home to a curated collection of retailers, experiences and dining options. We are proud that as of October 2023, 80,000 square feet of leases at The Terminal have been signed by local and regional brands, operators and franchisors and 38% qualify as a Women or Minority Business Enterprise (WBE/MBE).
The Terminal also hosts a robust calendar of year-round events, such as spring outdoor workouts, bi-weekly summer markets, Tunes at the Terminal featuring local musicians, pet-friendly TAILgates at The Terminal, as well as holiday markets and photos with Santa. The Terminal has also served as a venue for large-scale city-wide events, like the Pittsburgh Mac & Cheese Festival, the Pittsburgh Taco Fest, and a concert series hosted in partnership with Women Who Rock®.
