McCaffery awarded management of The Shirley Apartments in Odenton, MD

McCaffery has been awarded the third-party management assignment of The Shirley Apartments, a 270-unit newly constructed 5-story complex in Odenton, Maryland.

Completed in early 2021 by the Halle Companies and recently purchased by Stockbridge Capital Group, the Class A building began welcoming new residents in March 2021. The nearly 440,000-square-foot luxury property is comprised of a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus den, 2-bedroom and 2-bedroom plus den floor plans and a 150,375-square-foot parking garage.

The Shirley offers an unparalleled amenities package including a resort-style outdoor swimming pool, indoor arcade and golf simulator lounges, and a private 14-seat movie theatre. Within a convenient commuting distance to Baltimore, Annapolis, MD, and Washington, D.C., The Shirley is located just minutes from Fort Meade U.S. Army Base, The Goddard Space Flight Center, and the Patuxent Research Refuge. Upon acquisition, the building was 60% occupied.
