The Morgan at Loyola Station is a vibrant combination of traditional and contemporary elements including a red brick and white exterior with large expansive windows. The 5.4-acre mixed-use development is conveniently located near Loyola University Chicago, the Loyola CTA Station, Lake Michigan and is just 7 miles from downtown Chicago.
The Morgan at Loyola Station is LEED-NC certified through the US Green Building Council, making it the first green mixed-use residential building in Rogers Park. The building is designed to provide residents with ready access to sunlight and fresh air via balconies, terraces and an expansive green roof garden. Materials that are sustainable and contain recycled content are used throughout. In addition to its proximity to the CTA train station, alternative modes of transportation are promoted through a bicycle storage room and shared car program.
The Morgan at Loyola Station is a partnership between Loyola University and McCaffery Interests. The project was financed by ULLICO and Commonwealth and was completed in June 2009.
