McCaffery awarded management of Connection @ South Side

Pittsburgh, PA — McCaffery expands Pittsburgh management portfolio with a new assignment. Effective today, McCaffery Interests’ Property Management division will take over the third-party management assignment of Connection @ South Side, a 280-unit, multi-family building at 2984 Sidney Street in the South Side neighborhood of Pittsburgh. McCaffery will oversee all management aspects of the property including operations, marketing and resident services.

Developed and owned by TWG Development, Connection @ South Side delivered in 2022 and includes market-rate and affordable units with ten percent available to households earning at or below 50 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). 

McCaffery has actively developed and managed projects in Pittsburgh since 2004 and Connection joins the full-service real estate firm’s established project portfolio in the city. Currently, McCaffery manages Encore Apartments in the Cultural District, The Terminal in the Strip District, and 1600 Smallman. Previously, McCaffery developed and managed Lot 24 and Cork Factory Lofts in the Strip District and served as development consultant and property manager for The Yards at 3 Crossings and Coda On Centre.
