The Hyde Park Bank Building is a 10-story, 109,481-square-foot landmarked building in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago. Designed by Vitzthum, Karl and Co. and completed in April 1929, the building was landmarked by the Commission on Chicago Historical & Architectural Landmarks in 2008. Once the largest banking facility outside of the Chicago Loop, the building interior still features its two-story banking hall, an expansive walk-in vault, and grand staircases framed by intricate bronze screens. Outside, the building’s granite-clad ground floor and soaring Bedford limestone exterior continue to serve as a visual landmark of the neighborhood. Today, the significant structure is home to Hyde Park Bank and more than 50 retail and office tenants.
McCaffery oversees all management aspects of the property including operations, accounting, lease administration, and tenant services. In addition, McCaffery manages the retail and office leasing of the building.
